請問如何配置IIS權限~

各位大大安安~~
我想要作到一個效果:
WebServer: win2003+IIS 6.0
目錄如下
WebSite\index.htm (link href=/INC/style.css)
WebSite\INC\style.css
一般都可以連結WebSite\INC\style.css..然後下載或開啟...
能不能作到,瀏覽網頁正常,但是不能直接連結inc\style.css?
該如何配置相關權限..?

There's nothing so special about your style sheet, right?
Client must have read permission in order to apply the formation, else it
can't apply the style sheet to the page. and with this you can't stop direct
access to this css file.
