安裝iis 6.0出現錯誤訊息......急

大家好..我的電腦是windows 2003 sp1 server我要安裝iis 6.0但放入光碟片一直出現一個錯誤訊息
安裝程式無法複製檔案iisadmin.mof...等等很多個檔案請問是什麼原因?
