What OS you running?
IIS 5 you can try iis 5 process recycling tool
IIS 6 just use the app pool recycle option

iisreset is drastic action which kill entire IIS. you might want to avoid
that.

請問兩種方式個別作法是如何?
我第一次聽到這些東西，
不曉得該如何實作，
