求救：Internet服務管理員裡面看不到 SMTP 設定

使用Windows IIS 5的SMTP在發電子報，
突然有一天卻發生了這樣的事情，
SMTP Service還是可以正常運作，因為還正常的寄信
但是在 Internet 服務管理原裡面看不到SMTP設定
因此我無法修改 SMTP 的相關參數，
使用IIS工具 Metaedit 2.2時，會出現下列錯誤訊息
"A fatal error occured trying to connecting to LOCALHOST"
該主機還掛著許多公司的網站，所以我不能重新安裝 IIS
請高手幫幫忙。

Right, I can't see SMTP in the IIS MMC.

I read the article, which the in the below link. And I don't think that
there's something wrong with "File and printer sharing for Microsoft Network"
in the content of TCP/IP. Without this service, the SMTP service can't work.

I can't find the other error message now, they was overwrited.

Any way, a lot of thanks for your kindly help.

1. Close the Internet Information Services MMC
2. Go to a command prompt on the IIS Server and change to the directory
%systemroot%\system32\inetsrv
3. Type the following command and press Enter: regsvr32 inetmgr.dll
4. Type the following command and press Enter: regsvr32 smtpsnap.dll
5. Open the Internet Information Services MMC
