It's not possible in your case, as SSL doesn't really work with host header.
You need unique IP or port for the 2nd SSL site.

If you have a wildcard cert, then you might able to 'cheat' IIS.

But in your case, a wildcard cert wono't help as your have different common
URL name.
abc.com and xyz.com
