這是ftp的問題吧
跟iis無關

我之前就實做過囉
主要就只是FTP建資料夾+使用者帳號
找個FTP SERVER ,設定每個用戶自己都有自己的資料夾
並且配額設定好
就搞定了..

如果你要用web來上船的話
你可以自己用ASP/ASP.NET或其他, 寫管理程式就好了

並非以 community server 作各用戶 blog 用途.

It's more than webdav. Webdav allow users to upload and authoring in your
site.
but you need to tihnk of how to create user account, email, disk space,
security, etc.
Looks like you need a control panel type of software like HELM or PLESK for
this purpose.
