Ok, I have not try Evntwin before, but from what I described, it looks like
the no smnp trap was sent by IIS or not received by
smnp server. Not sure how to troubleshoot this as there is no specific error
related to IIS. I would suggest you try post this to windows newsgroup for
the evntwin usage and check how to troubleshoot the snmp server for not
getting the trap notification.

then I use "evntcmd" command to output "events.cnf".
The "events.cnf" include all events of http.
"http" is a folder the include all evens in the "evntwin" GUI
