IIS can not serve .asp file, but show well on .htm and .aspx

After windows update on Windows 2000 server, My IIS can not show .asp file.
event ID:36 server can not load application '/LM/W3SVC/5/Root', error
occured by 'General access is rejected'
Is there anyone can help me to fix it? Thanks

Followed by the instructure of URL to reset permission. The problem is solved.
