Zzzzz.. double post.... anywhere refer previous thread.
Please take note that it could also meant that with 1K user, you machine may
reach it max capacity of handling x number of users.
so you need to determine if there's hardware bottleneck etc issue. you need
to check the cpu usage, ram, paging, cache hits ration, etc...
